Pacific
Palisades
Nestled in the hills
next to the Pacific with Malibu to the north, Santa Monica to the
south, and Brentwood to the east, Pacific Palisades is an area of
natural beauty with its sunny canyons, majestic mountains, and panoramic
ocean and city vistas. Founded in 1922 as a residential community,
The Palisades still boasts a "small town" feeling, which
encourages extensive community involvement. The village atmosphere
of the area's business district further characterizes Pacific Palisades
as a close knit community. A highlight is the Palisades' Fourth
of July celebration with a 10K race, parade and fireworks. The town
has 23,000 residents and 630 businesses. The nearby beaches provide
an ideal climate.
Will Rogers State Park was created
by the entertainer in 1921, and is the centerpiece, along with Will
Rogers State Beach, of the community's recreational network.
Housing in Pacific Palisades consists
of medium to large homes on serene, residential streets running
along lovely canyons and hillsides.

It boasts a variety of property types,

Monica
Santa
Monica spans approximately 8.3 square miles and has a population
of approximately 87,000 people. It has its own school district,
Municipal Court, Police and Fire departments, and its own airport.
The city boasts one of the most desirable climates in the US.
Its restaurants and shopping compare
with the best in the country. Recreational opportunities are numerous,
